Axonn Announces Agreement with BCM Ltd. For Distribution of its AXTracker™ GPS Tracking Device in Europe

(New Orleans, LA) March 24, 2004: AXONN, L.L.C. (“AXONN”) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with BCM Ltd of the United Kingdom for distribution of its AXTracker satellite-based asset-tracking device in Europe. BCM Ltd specializes in providing communication network services for the freight and transport industry. BCM Ltd will market the product and service under the name AXSCEND.

In addition to accurately reporting the position of cargo, AXTracker offers a host of other features including long battery operation, an internal antenna and up to four alarm contact closure inputs for monitoring doors, engine run, and other discrete inputs. Optional features are also available. AXTracker is delivered ready-to-go and operates with the Globalstar Simplex Data Service.
